How much you will be paying as a Tenant Buyer?

We have put together this simple calculator, to give you a rough idea

  • Property Value – This is the current market value of the property
  • Option to Purchase Fee – You pay a minimum of 3% of the Property Purchase Price up-front. This counts towards your deposit when you complete the purchase of the property
  • Length of Contract – This is the amount of time needed to complete the purchase of the property. This is usually based on affordability
  • Property Purchase Price – This is the agreed price you buy the property for. This is fixed for the length of the contract
  • Total Deposit – This is the 10% deposit amount needed to complete the purchase
  • Monthly Rent – Typical monthly rent you will pay for the length of the contract
  • Monthly Top-up Fee – This monthly contribution counts towards the final deposit when you complete the purchase of the property
  • Total Monthly Cost – Monthly Rent + Top-up

Please note that this calculator has been set up for property in the Bracknell Forest area. Rental figures will vary depending on your specific location

Remember, all prices are fixed and agreed at the beginning of the contract.

The rent and purchase price will not increase during the contract term.
